BBQ Competition Cooking Team:
BBQ has always been my one true love as far
back as I can remember. Growing up in the
Mississippi Delta, BBQ is a way of life. My
uncle John Cobb & father Jimmy Cobb
started the team MC Ham Hocks in 1989.
This was the start of my official training & my
passion for BBQ & Competitions. In 2004 I
started working for a pharmaceutical
company in Memphis, TN and thus started
the birth of Porkscriptions Cooking Team and
we have been smoking butts on the circuit
ever since!!! Take a look around, stay as long
